IT’S MARCH 17th……
ALL IRISH EYES ARE GLASSY FROM BEER
AND THE PUB IS NOISY WITH CHEER,
A REEL IS PLAYED
AND BLARNEY RELAYED,
OH, I WISH I WAS IRISH, MY DEAR!
ALL IRISH ARE LUCKY, THEY SAY,
GOD-FEARING, HARD-WORKING AND GAY.
IN THE PUB THEY DO FIGHT,
STAGGER HOME THEY THEN MIGHT,
BUT SUNDAY, IN CHURCH THEY ALL PRAY.

DRUNK, PADDY STEPPED INTO HIS BEDROOM…..
Drunk, Paddy stepped into his bedroom
With a pig he’d won late afternoon.
Molly woke with a shriek:
‘I won’t sleep with a pig!’
So he slept on the couch in the main room.

ANOTHER LIMERICK......
When grass is a very fast grower,
get your wife to take out the 'mower.
But to get the job done,
is not so much fun:
you’ll lower the mower and show ‘er!
